Quotations and Orders

Quotations are valid for the period stated and are subject to material availability at the time of order. Prices are based on the conditions, materials, codes and documentation requirements stated in the quotation. Changes to any of those after order may affect price and delivery.

Orders are accepted subject to these conditions. Any terms in a purchase order that conflict with them apply only where we have agreed to them in writing.

Delivery

Delivery dates are estimates given in good faith and are based on conditions at the time of acknowledgement. Where a jurisdictional registration such as a Canadian Registration Number is required, the timescale of the registering authority is outside our control and is excluded from any delivery commitment.

Unless otherwise agreed, delivery terms and risk transfer are as stated on the order acknowledgement.

Design Information

Equipment is designed and rated against the process conditions supplied by the purchaser. Where information is incomplete, we will state the assumptions used, and those assumptions form part of the basis of the design.

Performance commitments apply at the stated design conditions. Operation outside those conditions, including flow rates, temperatures, pressures, fluid compositions and fouling beyond the specified allowance, falls outside the performance basis.

Payment and Liability

Payment terms are as stated on the order acknowledgement. Title passes on receipt of payment in full.

Our liability is limited to the remedies stated in the warranty. We are not liable for loss of production, loss of profit or other consequential damages, however arising.
