We supply U-tube shell and tube heat exchangers across the full range of construction grades: sanitary 316L for food, dairy and beverage plants, ASME BPE pharmaceutical builds with the documentation your qualification effort needs, and heavy industrial units in carbon steel and high alloys.

Because we represent established manufacturers rather than building to one house design, the recommendation follows the duty. Sometimes that means a stock two-pass unit off the shelf, sometimes an engineered build, and sometimes a replacement bundle dropped into the shell you already own.

The most useful thing you can tell us is what the process is actually doing: both fluids and their flow rates, inlet and target outlet temperatures, operating pressures, the coolant or steam available, and the pressure drop you can afford. Add anything you know about fouling, turndown and how the unit gets cleaned. If some of that is unknown, that is normal — we would rather size against a realistic assumption and tell you we made it.

If you are replacing a failed unit, a photograph of the nameplate is worth a long conversation. Serial number, National Board number, surface area and design conditions let us cross-reference quickly, and in many cases match a stock unit or bundle the same day.
