Who We Are

We are a heat transfer distributor and manufacturer's representative supplying shell and tube, plate, air cooled and specialty heat exchangers across the United States, Canada and Mexico. This site covers one part of that: U-tube shell and tube heat exchangers, from sanitary stock units through heavy industrial engineered builds.

Because we represent established manufacturers rather than building to a single house design, the recommendation can follow the duty. If your application is better served by a construction we would earn less on, that is still the recommendation you will get.

How We Work

Most enquiries start with a duty rather than a part number. Send both fluids with flow rates, inlet and required outlet temperatures, operating pressures, the allowable pressure drop and any code or hygienic requirement, and we will rate it before quoting rather than after.

If you are replacing a failed unit, a photograph of the nameplate is often enough to identify it or to cross-reference a stock replacement the same day.
